Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be requested by email at no later than 3 days before the next billing cycle provided by your Subscription plan. Your account will be deactivated immediately after cancellation of your Subscription Plan.

Please note, depends on the time you sent cancellation request we may need some time to process it, therefore the time of sending request and the time of cancellation will not be the same.


Due to the digital nature of the Services, generally we are unable to provide refunds on all purchases. As an exception, if you have not canceled your Subscription plan within the timeframe specified above (i.e. 3 days before the next billing cycle) as well as have not used our Services during the last period specified in Subscription plan (means, the last month or the last year), you may request refund for the aforementioned last period of your Subscription Plan by providing us with appropriate request of refund at The request shall be sent no later than 14 days after the date you’ve been charged for the last Subscription plan. If the refund is actually due to you, AdsBridge will provide you a credit refund in connection with the relevant transaction in the same way as you paid for the services (wire or e-payment). Neither cash nor check is applicable.

We do our best for your enjoying our Services and if by some reason you do not see the results that was promised by our Services, we will do everything in our power to ensure that the lack is made up to you in some way. However, as Google and other online entities are constantly changing their services, which influences everything online, there can be no iron-clad promises made or returns expected. That would be beyond the scope and ability of AdsBridge to control.

However, we do suggest that if you are having issues, you let us try to help you – submit an email to us at before you decide to cancel. Often, it’s a simple fix to get things up and running for you again, or to determine why something broke for you (which happens all the time online) – we’re here to help.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, accounts cancelled/terminated by AdsBridge for violating our TOS, are not qualified for a refund. For example, if your account is cancelled due to interference with or disruption the operation of the Services, you will not be given any refund. We believe strongly in upholding good and morale etiquette in ALL of our online proceedings and encourage our clients to do the same.
