  • How does billing work?

    You can choose to be billed on a monthly or annual basis. With an annual subscription, you can save up to 20% over a monthly plan.

  • Can I downgrade my pricing plan and get back the fee difference?

    In order to make a downgrade, please contact our support. However, by doing so, you won't be able to receive a difference.

  • If I fail to renew subscription after 30-day period?

    If payment is not made at the end of the 30-day period, the system will charge you on the day 3, 6 and 9. On the 10th day the service will be automatically suspended and the account is blocked. In order to continue using the service, you need to pay your subscription.

  • What payment methods do you provide?

    You can purchase any subscription plan using PayPal or credit card. An overage can be paid via Web-money as well.

  • Is it possible to receive an invoice?

    Yes. Your invoice is generated automatically after a successful payment. You can check it and all your payment history right from your user's account in the "My subscriptions" link.

  • Can I include the data I need in the invoice?

    Yes. To do that, please contact our support.

  • What is an overage? How will I be charged for it?

    Overage is the amount of visits that exceed your paid plan's limit.

    In case there is a traffic overage on a monthly subscription, you will receive an invoice with the cost of overage that you must manually pay during the next 9 days. An overage on an annual basis is paid the same way each month. If you fail to do so, the traffic will be blocked.

  • Can I change the credit card or payment method?

    In order to do it, please contact support. Our support manager will switch you to the Basic subscription plan, and then you will need to repeat the process of payment using another credit card or method of payment.

  • Are refunds or cancellations accepted?

    You can cancel your subscription, but no refund will be provided.

  • Where can I find/check my payments?

    Your invoice is generated automatically after successful payment. You can check your payment history right from your user account.

    Choose the Subscriptions menu, go to the Purchase history tab, and view all details. You can also download your invoice if needed.
